This is Pakalista Shel’s favorite at Vicky’s. Want to know what kind of sausage is inside it?

It’s the kind she likes in pancit
It’s Chinese chorizo/sausage y’all.
So why go to Mabolo to buy this piece of bread if you live far – like Moalboal?
According to Carmel P., who can’t help but describe the bread in sensory analysis terms that Shel didn’t bother to take notes on (Carmel works as QA for a bread company), the bread is sweet and milky but not too much, and the taste of the sausage enhances the bread.
Pakalista Shel can only nod her head vigorously in agreement with bread specialist Carmel P.
Another friend, carrageenan expert Alexis O., also agrees with the bread assessment.
So everyone is happy with the bread, and so will you if you try it!
And just in case some of you are wondering – no, Shel didn’t get paid to promote this bread whether in cash or in kind so don’t ask her about the price or where exactly the bakeshop is, unless you want to treat her.
A Pakalista could eat this bread for breakfast, lunch, or dinner though. It is big enough, hence the title.
