Notes: Dumpr allows Photoshop-challenged people like me to jazz up common photos without spending hours on the task. The site is for free although some effects are only accessible to paying members. The free effects are cool enough, and you have more than a handful effects to choose from. Dumpr is also very user friendly. Even kids can use this site and create masterpieces out of candy wrappers if they wish to.

(shel sharo d gihapon ni ma pick-up sa “u know what haha”)

ang chicharon kay gikan ba gyud na sa Cebu? As in like apil gyud na cya sa matawag nga Cebu delicacies?

  13. Shel Says:

@Fedge – haha mao gyud, pamugasay na gyud ni hehe.

I don’t think chicharon kay uniquely Cebuano but the ones from Carcar are very popular so I guess maka-think ang uban that it’s from Cebu and that it is a Cebuano delicacy. As for its origins, I think this is Spanish.

  14. Fedge Says:

Chicharon from Carcar Cebu is I think considered “the best” for most people. Most people coming from the south will definitely stop over at Carcar Cebu just to buy the heart-attack-inducing Chicharon and also the Ampao for pasalubong.
