Skywalk Extreme is yet another Sky Experience Adventure that Crown Regency Hotel visitors will enjoy. It was cloudy when my friends tried the Edge Coaster, and they had to postpone their “skywalk” experience until late that night due to rain. But it was well worth it.
Once again, I was happily relegated to photographer of the night. I was not interested to try the Skywalk Extreme despite my friends’ coaxing. It didn’t look as frightening as the Edge Coaster even to me, but I was slightly sleepy that time and I’d rather stay indoors.
My friends did have a fun time while they were out there for 10 to 15 minutes I reckon. It look far longer to get them suited up and briefed on how to maneuver themselves with their harnesses. This was in late December, and there were so many people in the hotel. Thankfully they got their turn before midnight (or I would have been reduced to screaming bloody murder).
This was another group who enjoyed the Skywalk Extreme in the afternoon before the rain postponed all the fun. I suppose it is worth a try to experience the Skywalk Extreme during the day and at night, especially if you have the dough.
After the adventure, you get a certificate to remind you of the day you decided to walk around the perimeter of Crown Regency Hotel 37 floors above the ground. There’s a photographer who goes with a group so you can have your pictures taken properly. Bringing your own camera during the walk outside is not allowed. And yeah, the photograph rates are high. The more is definitely a lot merrier for the pocket in this case.
Overall, our Sky Experience Adventure is great. Even if I didn’t get to actively participate in the adventure, I did enjoy spending time with my friends. I highly recommend the Sky Experience Adventure to any family or group of friends.
