Sunday dawn…
It was already 4 am, and we were hungry after that awesome yet another edition of “Best Night Ever!” kind of thing.
I was craving for some tapsilog but when we passed by this pizza restaurant in Cebu, all that hunger for a sunny-side up egg went away.
Now I’m ready for some Alberto’s Pizza.
A lot of my friends have been telling me about Alberto’s Pizza. Pakalista Jon was raving mad about Alberto’s Garden Special Pizza for its very affordable (9″ Php 72.00) yet decent tasting pizza.
Good thing he was not around to spoil the fun in pizza selection for that day because I was not prepared to eat a non-meat pizza. Berg suggested that we try Alberto’s Super D’ Luxe Pizza and I agreed.
Alberto’s Super D’ Luxe Pizza 12″ with Quickmelt Cheese - Php 168.00
Ham, salami, bacon, hungarian sausage, ground meat, onions, and green bell pepper
I am quite pleased and slightly impressed with Alberto’s Super D’ Luxe Pizza.
The quickmelt cheese is surprisingly not bad because it’s salty the way I want it to be. Alberto’s Super D’ Luxe Pizza has a thin crust comparable to Da Vinci’s Pizza which is a plus as well.
Alberto’s Super D’ Luxe Pizza is adequately topped with ham, bacon, ground meat, onions, and green bell peppers, but the salami and the hungarian sausages were a bit shy that dawn and were presumed AWOL.
Pakalistas Verdict
Despite missing some of the cast involved in the Super D’ Luxe ensemble, I still recommend Alberto’s Pizza restaurant in Cebu.
Alberto’s Pizza has quite a selection of pizzas ranging from the classic Hawaiian pizza, vegetarian’s favorite Garden Special Pizza, to meat pizzas like the Super D’ Luxe and Alberto’s Full House Pizza.
Alberto’s Pizza has to be one of the most affordable pizza places here in Cebu (excluding Mom’s pizza of course!) and with the taste really suited for the Filipinos’ taste buds.
So the next time you wanna relieve that hangover after a wild party of some sort, try Alberto’s Pizza restaurant in Cebu. It’s easy on the wallet yet heavy on your tummy!

Their pizzas are delicious and very heavy on the toppings. If your planning to try one I suggest you just call them for deliveries since their place is always full.

Boy, we’d like to add Alberto’s phone number here, but I don’t think Fedge has noted it when he went there. I googled for the phone number, but I’m not sure it’s accurate though so I didn’t post it.
